By installing or using Secretary you agree to these terms. It is provided free of charge by ShuttleLab for personal use.
Personal use
Secretary is intended for managing your own tasks and reminders on devices you control. The assistant is powered by a language model and can misread what you meant — check anything that matters.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the content you store. Do not use Secretary to store material you are not entitled to keep.
Reminders are best-effort
Secretary works hard at delivery — an exact device alarm plus independent chat channels — but a reminder can still be delayed or missed: a phone can be off, a battery flat, a network down, or an aggressive OEM power policy can suppress a scheduled alarm. Do not rely on it as the only reminder for anything safety-critical, medical or legally binding.
Disclaimer of warranties
Secretary is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShuttleLab is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Secretary — including any missed, late or duplicated reminder.
